Beloved, you don’t lack what you give but you only lack what you keep. Prov 11:24
We are in a time and season where everyone is looking for someone to give him something. We only have faith to receive but we lack the faith to give. If you want love then give love. If you want Favour give favour. If you want blessing give blessing. If you want money give money. You will reap whatsoever you sow. There is always something you can give. You must learn to give to overcome lack. Think about it...you are living above and beyond.
Giving is another way of showing love. God gave His own Son for His love for mankind. Giving should be voluntary and done in love. Today people use all forms of manipulation to force people to give. This type of giving can lead to harm on the side of the giver.
It is therefore necessary to only give prayerfully so that our gift does not become a harm to us.
Not all beggars should be given, and not all gift should be accepted. Pray seriously before giving and receiving. The Lord loves cheerful givers.
