Abednego and his colleagues decided not to bow to the image of the king with the hope that God will deliver them and they even went further that even if God will not they will still not bow. What a faith! Those who refuse to bow will never burn! The fourth man in the the fiery furnace is actually the first man. Jesus is the fourth man. After Shadrach and co were called out of the furnace He is still there because he knew that the world will soon push you into the fire through wrong accusation, envy, wickedness etc but be rest assured that the fourth man is actually the first man in the furnace and he will be with you through all the challenges you might face in the course of your journey in life. Think about it... you are living above and beyond in Jesus name.
